After releasing his 1st album « djaz_dtox » in 2008 & gathering great musicians to play his tunes live, Alex is back with a new album, « P.U.L.S.E. », released on the new rising American label in guitar oriented music, ShredGuy Records.
Recorded with his musicians, Olivier Wilhelm on drums, Anh-Quàn Lê on bass & Thomas Gutehrlé on composition & rythmic guitar, Alex Ehrsam attempts once again to break the boundaries of instrumental fusion throughout 10 new original tracks, mixing fast & smooth solos with jazzy atmospheres, adding some melodic rock shades & colours.
This record is aimed at amateurs of guitar players such as Greg Howe, Richie Kotzen & Guthrie Govan.
Alex is working his new live set & should start touring in France with his band “Alex Ehrsam Group” beginning of 2011.
