Enrico Galetta, bass player, composer and music teacher, was born in Italy but currently shares his time between Atlanta and Bologna. His musical background has brought him to work, both in Italy and the States, with artists such as Bill Hart, Adam Nitti, Rod McGaha, Marcus Finnie, Michael Whittaker, Jonathan Jackson, Randy Hoexter, Tom Knight, Salvatore Russo, Irene Fargo and many more… A versatile musician, he is also active in the teaching field, collaborating with important didactic structures like the Atlanta Institute of Music. Furthermore, he has played in many international music events such as the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, the Euro Bass Day, Musikmesse, Disma and Sound Expo. As composer, his debut solo album “48 Hour Odyssey”, produced by Adam Nitti, is rich with jazz, funk, and fusion sounds.
