Kosta Vreto is a guitar player from Thessaloniki / Greece.

At the tender age of 7 he started taking classical guitar and theory lessons. By the time he was 15 he had already started playing with various bands and playing live shows around Greece. The following years he was developing his unique fingerstyle electric guitar technique in various musical styles.

From the age of 20 he is teaching at conservatories and playing with numerous  well known Greek bands like Vavel, Horizon’s End, Long Live just to name a few.

Right now he is playing live shows all over Greece, including some appearances outside the country. In September of 2008 his first solo album was released under the title Skin On Strings from Steel Gallery Records.
